19TH CAPE RESTORATION
This beautiful 19th Century Cape was buried under layers of aluminum and shingle siding. The building was stripped to the sheathing and insulated after necessary structural repairs, including partial building sill replacement, were done. Original trim details were reconstructed from traces found under the old siding and new oil-stained cedar clapboard siding was installed.
